Sunday Prayer Requests

Please keep Deb Walker’s mom, Lois Kicker, in your prayers.  She had shoulder replacement surgery on Friday and will be going home to Vergas, MN today.  It will be a long recovery.
As many of you know the Bowles family has been having major roof and attic problems for several weeks.  The last contractor that felt he had the solution to the problem and has been working on it along with Jason, have now found out that the leaking is still happening and have been told that this solution will not work either.  Another contractor will be meeting with Jason either tonight or tomorrow morning to see what more needs to be done.  All the work that has been done so far is pretty much going to have to be undone.  Please pray for clarity in what needs to actually be done and be able to get the roof fixed so that they can go back to having their home free of dripping water and ruined walls and floors again.  This has been a huge stress on them and they are getting tired.

Please keep the Ray family in prayer.  Jim and Donna lost their son Adam in the Afghanistan war.  The whole family will need our prayers and support. The funeral is tentatively planned for this coming Saturday in Louisville, KY and a second memorial service in Ft. Lewis, WA, next Monday, which is where Adam’s Army company was stationed and sent out from.
Just received a call from Gina Johnson and they had Rain checked out at Urgent Care and found that she has a broken collar bone.  She will be in a sling for the next 3 weeks or so.  Please continue to keep them in your prayers.
Dawn Ostendorf had a PET scan done this past week.  She received the results and is asking for continued prayer.  It showed that her cancer has spread to many other bone areas and she is now on a new chemo.  Please keep her and Leo in prayer that they stay positive and that Dawn will have as few side effects as possible.
Marty and Tina Ganong have passed along some prayer requests for us.  Please pray for the political situation in their country, their continued Bible translation even while here in the US and the many family appointments and arrangements to be made before going back onto the mission field.
